Original: Isomaltulose (glucose & fructose blend), citric acid, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, trisodium citrate, magnesium citrate, calcium carbonate, sucralose.

Lemon: Isomaltulose (glucose & fructose blend), citric acid, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, trisodium citrate, magnesium citrate, calcium carbonate, natural lemon flavor, sucralose.

For long training sessions: mix 1 scoop (27g) in 500ml of water and consume every hour

For racing: mix 1.5-2 scoops in 500ml of water and consume every hour

For carb loading before a race or a key workout: mix 3-4 scoops in 1.5L of water and slowly sip on it during the day aiming for a sip every 10-15min during the day
